Users software allowed locations

There are a few options for local users installation ~~locations:~~

~~The shared~~ ~~Data~~ ~~disk at~~ /data/GROUP/~~USER~~USERNAME

INCD-Lisbon, ~~for example~~ /data/~~mygroup/username/soft/myapplication~~.GROUP ~~Data~~ ~~disk at~~ ~~/data/GROUP/soft~~~~, for example~~ ~~/data/mygroup/soft/myapplication~~~~; this location will be~~ available on request and ~~one~~a ~~user, or more,~~responsible must be appointed INCD-Lisbon /exper-sw legacy location, to ~~manage the area.~~

An ~~NFS~~ ~~shared disk at~~ ~~/exper-sw/GROUP~~~~, only available for a few legacy groups, it will~~ be moved towhenever ~~the~~possible

~~shared~~ INCD-Minho /home/GROUP/USERNAME ISEC-COIMBRA none so far

GROUP: User group ~~Data~~name ~~disk~~USERNAME: ~~whenever~~User ~~possible.~~login name
